Since were on the food topic today...

I can't get enough chicken fajitas lately, and I wanna start making my own marinade instead of buying packages. I'm thinking some combination of corriander, cumin, garlic, soy sauce, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.

Anyone got a recipe?

try this

1 tbls Chili Powder

1 packet of dried chicken boullion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp paprika

1/2 - 1 tsp (or more --- heat it up!) Cayenne

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cumin

Mix all the shit up real good. Mix up some of the mixture with some Oil, and some vinegar or lemon juice (some sort of acidic crap) and then coat your chicken strips with it. Stick it in a baggy in the fridge for a couple of nights.

Add pepper flakes to really kick'er up a notch.

I'll use that as a marinade, or I'll add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the mix and use it as chicken quesadilla or chicken wrap coating. You cook your chicken, then add the powder and some water and you have a killer sauce.
