I just walked outside in my tshirt, and was fine besides being a bit cool. It's all wet though still from yesterday, but no rain yet. There's this couldy sky, but it's still bright out. Nice day to buy my first pair of birks.

We have had the best spring in Calgary this year! Not to brag, but we don't normally even get a spring..two seasons are usually at work here: winter and summer. I've been wearing the birks for the entire month of April and can't believe our luck (so far) with the beautiful weather.

We are realists though..about six of us have picked days in may where we think the big snow dump will happen. winner will recieve a 4-pack of guinness from each other participant

niffermouse woke me up at 8 to show me a snow-covered view out our bedroom window. that inspired me to sleep a couple more hours, by which time it's all but gone. still not quite birk weather
