upcoming.org is a good place for fans (or promoters) to put up shows they plan to attend and cross promote. (more people should use it... ahem)

Overhear remains a relly good database based dedicated to shows in Southern Ontario

the View Magazine weekly listings are still probably the best short-term local Hamilton reference

Stillepost - Hamilton is indeed a really good reference (check the monthly sticky listings at the top of the first page of the local board)

I used to do the listings for Hess Village (dot) com but am pretty sure no one has updated any listings since I departed that position (last year) so I wouldn't worry too much about that... last time I talked to the site owner, we discussed running an XML feed from upcoming.org to automate the listings (if I get ahead of my work I'll set that up... the whole site really really needs a re-design... the owner is a good programmer but that left the site sorta on the ugly)
