paisley
from the other side of the fence, if you're craving up to date CBC, striking employees have launched CBC Unplugged which offers podcasts produced from the picketlines(the other day my dad was watching the football game and I found it really neat that there were no announcers calling the play by play, they just had the stadium mics turned up so you could listen to the stadium announcer (and the crowd)... I actually preferred it, felt more like being at the game)

SmoothedShredder
Yeah,I've always wished that they had that option availiable for games... I prefer just watching... the announcers for the most part are distracting... pointing out the obvious and always adding their two cents. Sure sometimes it's interesting... but in my mind, not required. I hope hockey is like that this year.
