TimmyB
'The Colbert Report' made it's debut on the Comedy Network tonight after Steve Colbert's past/present (?) show 'the Daily Show with Jon Stewart.' So now I'll be watching the Comedy Network from 11-midnight Monday through Thursday. It was great Colbert even acknowledged the fact that he was on in Canada for the first time. Which I'm sure all us insecure Canadians appreciated. Colbert stated "[Tonight] the Colbert Report airs in Canada. Seems fair you gave us Neil Young." TimmyB
Hey Jaimoe,I believe you'll enjoy 'the Colbert Report' it's a parody of Bill O'Reilly's 'the O'Reilly Factor,' and Steve Colbert might is so good that some stupid rednecks might think he's serious. Damn, just thinking of that makes me smile.Tim
Hux
Missed it all last night, but I think the Daily Show is suffering from it's own success ie. the loss of Colbert and others. Some of the new correspondents Jon has aren't too great. And on the right of Colbert is said "Tee Vee." Hehe.Tim
Jaimoe
Cordury, Bee and Helms are still hilarious. Helms and Cordury did two great pieces last week. Helms did one regarding legalizing gay weddings in Massachusetts and Cordury did one on gas prices while driving a stretch-limo hummer.
TimmyB
That bit on gas prices was hilarious. When Cordury drove out of the gas station with that huge Hummer and ran out of gas before he was left the pumps... Tim
Jaimoe
I liked it when Rob got out of the back of the hummer and took a car-ride to the front of the hummer.
bouche
It took a while for me to get into Cordury and I think that's the case for all of the correspondents. You have to get used to them.
