Very Sad News...Since you knew him, I thought you would want to know-It is with saddest heart that I pass on the followingnews. Please join me in remembering a great icon ofthe entertainment community.The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeastinfection, and complications from repeated pokes inthe belly. He was 71. Doughboyis survived by his wife, Play Dough, two children, JohnDough and Jane Dough, who has a bun in the oven. Heis also survived by his elderly father, Pop Tart.Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin.Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay theirrespects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, TheCalifornia Raisins, Betty Crocker,the Hostess Twinkiesand Captain Crunch.The grave site was piled high withflours.Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy, and lovinglydescribed Doughboy as a man who never knew how much hewas kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in showbusiness, but his later life was filled withturnovers.He was not considered a very smart "cookie", wastingmuch of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despitebeing a little flaky at times, he still, as a crustyold man, was considered a roll model for millions.The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.
