backbacon Posted July 4, 2003 Report Share Posted July 4, 2003 They both have their advantages... Hookahville is a big event. Just a much larger scale than CTMF. Huge stage, huge sound. Chris Kuroda on lights, Kimock, P Funk, two nights of hookah!! Have you been to hookahville before, LSD25? CTMF is smaller but still a rockin dirty little party. I think the advantage it has over h'ville would have to be the people. Just knowing pretty much everyone and partying etc with them all is great. No border to cross, not as far to drive, less expensive. My verdict: come to hookahville!! And, yeah, moe.down the same weekend... decisions, decisions eh. bradm Posted July 4, 2003 Report Share Posted July 4, 2003 A lot of Santuarians are heading to moe.down on Labour Day weekend, because moe.down is a fantastic festival (several thousand people, lots of moe., great vibe), and because nero's on the side stage Friday night (during moe. set breaks) and JSB is on the side stage Saturday. (Note: I've never been to Hookahville, so can't comment on how good it is. I've heard good things about it, and if moe.down wasn't happening, I might consider it.)
