Hamilton: The C+C Music Festival is upon us

For the first time, Hamilton's two campus/community radio stations - 93.3 CFMU at McMaster, and C101.5 at Mohawk - have come together to present the C+C Music Festival. The C+C Music Festival will feature over two dozen of Hamilton's best local artists, playing live at our best club venues.

SATURDAY OCTOBER 14

$5 cover each venue, no multi-venue passes

Tickets for the C+C Music Festival are available at the door of each venue for $5 (no wristbands or multi-venue passes) with proceeds split evenly between the performing artists. fanatastic lineup

Absolutely man. I'm just pumped to play with Don Vail. I saw them on the Jon-Rae/Constantines bill at the Underground a while ago and thought they were wicked cool. Indie math-rock with interesting songwriting. They're now comprised of three quarters of Chore, and of course Bill Priddle frmrly of Treble Charger.

But holy shit, the Casbah and Corktown lineups are especially good. I'd have a blast at either of those if I wasn't playing.
