Ms.Huxtable
Oh yeah I forgot to mention that anything goes, Indian, Thai, whatever. High difficulty levels encouraged but not necessary.
bradm
I'd start off with a salad, made withMushroomsSpinachred and white onionscarrotsceleryasian pearsplain yogurtand maybe the pineapple. Then how about a vegetarian chili? Throw the canned Tomatoes, Chick Peas, Black Beans and frozen corn into a pan and let it stew for a while, and serve it in tortillas (or even bread) with the cheddar cheese, or over rice.Aloha,Brad
MarcO
1) meatless cabbage rollsyou have rice, mushrooms, carrots, spinach, onions, celery, corn and maybe some chick peas to make a filling, and the cabbage for the outside. You also have what you need for a tomato sauce. or 2) make a dough, prep some ingredients and make specialty perogies! Fillings can be anything. You could sautee some spinach, onions and smashed black beans for one. One could be savory, with pears, apples and cream cheese. Top them with a coconut milk reduction, or a pineapple sauce. Next kind could be mushrooms, old cheddar and green onions. Whatever. Only thing is this approach will take much time.
