I know basically that she's a beautiful japanese musician, was the drummer for the Boredoms and that Fishman apparently fell in love with her when the boys were in Japan. Apparently on the artist shuttle bus home from the SARS concert everyone was giving Wayne Coyne high fives up and down the aisle. Berkfest was apparently no different. Dean Bowman from the Screaming Headless Torsos is milling around Guelph for Jazz Fest rehearsals and he just played Berkfest solo and even he (a serious jazzbo) was singing their praises. Kung, I don't know if the Yoshimi being referred to is necessarily Yoshimi from the boredoms. It's actually a pretty common woman's name in japan.
