Stuffed chicken

I'm trying to figure out what to cook tonight. I have lots of stuff in the fridge. I'm thinking chicken, pounded flat and rolled up with asparagus, brie, and basil. I'll whip up some kind of yummy sauce to add to it.

Any other suggestion for a good stuffed (or rather, rolled) chicken?

How about something like regular poultry stuffing? Or if you have ham and swiss cheese, chicken cordon bleu is a classic.

I like it with ricotta cheese,spinach and sausage with a spicy tomato sauce rolled up and baked at 375 for an hour or so.

I have brought a few out of town friends there (they have really good martinis) and always try and get them to order it, I've always wondered what it was like. Sounds pretty weird.

that's the one. the food is over-rated and over-priced there, but the banana-stuffed chicken is their signature dish. i've been twice and once they had run out of it at 6:30 on a weekend. oops.
