NewRider
They're playing down here in Brantford on Saturday and I haven't heard much of them. Has anyone seen them before? Any thoughts?
TheGoodRev
They used to be a hardcore band, and then got way into Neil Young and Plaskett's Down at the Khyber and went all heavy-folk-rock/popped-up Crazy Horse. I think they're a great band, and my buddies Arkells are opening up. Here are the tunes:http://www.myspace.com/attackinblackhttp://www.myspace.com/arkellsmusicBoth bands have pretty exciting live shows, especially Attack in Black. I'd probably be there if it wasn't Passover.

M
My buddy Walter Schreifels http://www.myspace.com/walterschreifelsmusic (also on Dine Alone Records) did a tour w/ them last year so I went out to see them & they do put on a great show. I'd recommend. They're also opening a bunch of upcoming Constantines Canadian shows.

mark tonin
I'm still not totally hooked by this band, although I want to be. I've never seen them live though. At some point I will. I was at their home (the two Romano boys) in Welland over the Easter weekend. Their parents are family friends with my in-laws, and my nephew is a big fan of the band so we went to their place (their parent's home) to meet the band and buy some merch. A very cool experience. I really enjoyed talking with Ian Romano (drummer in the band) and David Romano (who is Ian and Daniel Romano's dad). I've always gravitated toward David ... he is a gentle man and a kick-ass musician. David's dad was also a stellar musician from what I've been told. The music gene obviously runs in the family. They are building a studio in the Romano family home. Sweet!!! I hope to visit again when the studio is done. Maybe even scream and yell during a recording session. If you check these guys out Newrider let us know what you think. I'm thinkin' you'll dig what you hear. Peace, Mark
