I'm German.Slice an English cucumber very thinly and a small amount of red onion, put it in a bowl layered with salt.. I know, fuck off.Let stand twenty minutes... like while you cook your steak and prepare the table.. y'know, get some wine and utensils and stuff.Mix up some cracked pepper, a dash of salt, a capful of vineagre and a dash of lemon juice with two tablespoons of olive oil and a table spoon of sour cream or mayonaise.
