boiler Posted October 21, 2008 Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 I listened to it today and thought it was a pretty good album. Catchy tunes. One tune I liked was "Shoop (A Loving Sound)." It had a neat 50's sock hop feel, with a modern touch but not in a Weezer way. As far as the kinda sounds like, sometimes a bit like The Black Crowes (great lead vocals) and quite often reminded me of that other Canadian "Kings" band, The Philosopher Kings.
