dimafleck: the living legend.
such a beautiful book. its perfectly organized. The layout is beautiful (making it more than just a cook book, but just a great book to own). Yesterday, we got stoned and made butternut squash muffins. TOO GOOD. the book also doubles as a gardening book, because it shows you how to grow all the vegetables he uses. dimafleck: the living legend.
the squash muffins were really good.really easy to make. we used a grater instead of a food processor which made for really easy , one bowl kind of cooking.i'd skip the icing though (wasn't that great). and add raisins. fantastic for a sunday breakfast or somthing like that. ForbinHood
I actually appreciate both chef's work in their writing s equally. I really couldn't call a favourite but Ramsey has a bit of an edge with me.
