I actually just recently had a chance to talk to one of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine representatives at a university career fair. She seemed to have quite an extensive knowledge of what the school had to offer, and it definitely sounded interesting to me. From what I can remember just off hand, it's a four year program where you learn Acupuncture/Asian Medicine

Botanical (Herbal) Medicine

Clinical Nutrition

Homeopathic Medicine

Physical medicine

and Lifestyle Counselling

They're located in down town Toronto, and the website is www.ccnm.edu

And if you're still not sure, I also looked into a few of the chiropractic schools that were at the career fair, in case you're interested in anything like that.

My mother is working on her master's degree at Queen's in theology. Her thesus/paper upon completion should get published, is on holistic medicine; specifically on the effects of holistic thearapy on cancer patients as an alternative to traditional medical procedures. You may want to look to Queen's for holistic courses and/or programs.
