SolarGarlic
I was able to watch this epic show over the weekend (FYI, its CDN release is tomorrow Tuesday Oct 14th if you were having trouble locating it). Here is the track list: Bad Little Doggie (Greg Rzab on Bass) Blindman In The Dark (Dave Schools on Bass) Sco-Mule (Victor Wooten on Bass, Bernie Worrell on Keys) Lay Of The Sunflower (Rob Wasserman on Bass, Bela Fleck on Electric Banjo) John The Revelator (Dirty Dozen Horns, No Bassist) Chameleon (Paul Jackson on Bass, Bernie Worrell on Keys, Dirty Dozen Horns) Beautifully Broken (George Porter Jr. on Bass and Backing Vocals) Mule (George Porter Jr. on Bass) Banks Of The Deep End (Mike Gordon On Bass and Backing Vocals) On Your Way Down (Mike Gordon On Bass, Sonny Landreth on Slide Guitar) Down And Out In New York City (Will Lee on Bass, Karl Denson on Tenor Sax, Fred Wesley on Trombone) Maybe I'm A Leo (Roger Glover on Bass) Voodoo Chile (Jack Cassidy on Bass, Ivan Neville on Keys) Politician (Conrad Lozano on Bass, David Hidalgo on Guitar) Guitar solo Drum solo Sweet Leaf (Jason Newsted on Bass, no Danny) War Pigs (Jason Newsted on Bass, no Danny) Greasy Granny's Gopher Gravy (Part 1) (Les Claypool on Bass) Greasy Granny's Gopher Gravy (Part 2) (Les Claypool on Bass) Wasted Time Thorazine Shuffle (George Porter Jr. on Bass, Dave Schools on Bass, Jason Newsted on Bass) Hands down I will say that the highlight for me was the "Chameleon" (Paul Jackson on Bass, Bernie Worrell on Keys, Dirty Dozen Horns). This was an epic jam that was really thick and heavy. Everyone was having a KILLER time and were all really getting into the music. "Down and Out in NYC" (Will Lee on Bass, Karl Denson on Tenor Sax, Fred Wesley on Trombone) was also superb...basically anything featuring horns was totally amazing. The "Sweet Leaf" > "War Pigs" featuring Jason Newstead on Bass was also WICKED. They were seriously ROCKING hard and I thought Newstead was gonna just blow up (he was losing his shit for sure). The whole DVD features amazing music. I don't think there is really a spot where quality music is lacking...I was glued to my seat the entire time. Even if you aren't the biggest Mule fan, this package is SOOO worth getting. The sound quality is epic, as is the video (featuring many camera angles including a pile of large panning/swooping shots). Don't forget the package also includes a 2 CD set as well. My buddy paid $36 for it and I would probably pay even more if I had to. Simply amazing.

ollie
Picked up my copy at Record Runner yesterday ($31.99). Have watched about half of the DVD so far and agree that Chameleon is the highlight to this point. The solos by the Dirty Dozen Brass Band horns are off the charts. You know it's good when Warren has the look on his face that says he's just trying to keep up. This video is a clinic on how to play music.
