bouche
I am a fan of Lindor varieties found everywhere now, but for fine artisan chocolates, there must be 100's of varieties found in remote areas. One that we can get nearby is called Bovetti Chocolat. I'm eating a piece of Black Pepper dark chocolate right now. MMMM!I've had their ginger chocolate, orange, cranberry and a chili pepper infused chocolate.I think chili chocolate was probably the most surprising.I would like to learn how to make top notch chocolate sometime using the basic ingredients and equipment.
