Jakis
It's funny because my brother moved to Vancouver 3 years ago and finds a lot of people there very rude and cold. Especially when they find out he is from Southern Ontario. He can't wait to get transfered somewhere else in the country.
Kanada Kev
What does that mean? The label tells you when your beer is cold!!! FUCK! I never know when my beer is cold ... better get a case of the Silver Bullet http://www.packworld.com/package-23085 Edited August 18, 2009 by Guest
StoneMtn
Your brother makes an interesting observation. Vancouver-ites are really not nearly as friendly as other people from BC, generally, in my experience.
p.p.
Living in BC (Vancouver) I do always hear complaints about Toronto being the centre of the universe. And it sounds like the complaints have this bitter tone. Growing up in Toronto, I didn't even realize that Toronto was the centre of the universe and it wasn't until I lived here that I was informed about this from BC folk. All things said and done, I'm way happier to be living here in BC for many reasons, but I also feel quite special to know that I was born in the centre of the uninverse! Yay mountains and skiing and the ocean and weed, but GO LEAFS GO!!! Oh yeah.... I havn't seen the ad, but that's hallarious! I hope more come up!!! Go see Yo la Tengo at the Commodore, i'll see them at the Opera House and we'll compare notes on the crowds. Toronto hipsters are the worst!
