On Saturday, Phil and Bobby’s band will tackle American Beauty as Set 1, Workingman’s Dead as Set 2 and Anthem of the Sun as Set 3. On Sunday, Furthur will rock Blues For Allah as Set 1, Axomoxoa as Set 2 and Terrapin Station as Set 3.The other news about that the festival, that Jambands.com also first reported, is that Furthur will treat fans to a public soundcheck on Friday and the members of the group “will be jamming on several stages with some of their friends.â€This news certainly ups the ante on what was already a fun-looking event. Furthur Festival takes place at Calaveras County Fairgrounds in Angel Camp, CA on May 28-30. Tickets are available now through the newly designed Furthur Festival website.
