Northern Wish
1) Two years ago today marks the biggest concert mistake I made in my life; in choosing to go see Phish in Syracuse instead of Bruce in Buffalo. That night the E Street Band played their first (and some presume last) full performance of Greetings from Asbury Park NJ. It would also be the last show that Clarence Clemons would be Bruces' "Big Man".E Street Radio is playing it right now and I am kicking myself over and over again.2) Of course the Phish show in Syracuse was pretty solid and I did get to sit third row so I shouldn't be complaining3) The second night of Hampton 97 was 14 years ago4) In 1994 I saw Cake open for Counting Crows at Massey Hall in Toronto. While the Crows were good, the crowd just wanted Cake to come back out for a few more songs. Anyone else have any great shows, memories or whatever from this date in history? SaggyBalls
Every time I've listened to the Boss on satellite radio all the bootlegs sounded like crushed glass and jingle Bells...Here's hoping that Santa will bring you something to redeem that if the internet doesn't, NW.
