Davey Boy 2.0
olé! We're thinking: bacon fried pork with mexican spices (lots of hotsauce), on a bed of lettuce and tomato with guac, salsa, and edam cheese melted together for a symphony of spicey flavours
fluffhead77
I really don't see how you could go wrong with that medley. Talk to me about bacon fried pork though... Or are you doing bacon AND fried pork. And how exactly will this pork be fried?
Davey Boy 2.0
Thinking of throwing some chopped up bacon into the pan, let that fry up a bit then add chili powder, garlic, beer, onions and hotsauce then add the pork from a leftover pork roastsomething like that anywayactually maybe the pork will go in before all the spices just to brown it up a bit
fluffhead77
You could do the aforementioned and then throw in some stock + beer and simmer the pork for a while until it's carne has been asada'd.
