Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams.If I didn't drink this they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Mr. Musicface Posted November 28, 2003 Report Share Posted November 28, 2003 Or you could just cut out the middle man: Beer Soup 1 Bottle of beer 4 oz Sugar 4 Egg yolks 1 oz Butter Directions Mix beer with yolks and sugar in a jug. Pour into saucepan and beat with rotary whisk, until it boils. Remove from heat at boiling point, add butter and serve with a garnish of parsley and paprika. Peace, Mr. M.
