Davey Boy 2.0 Posted May 2, 2014 Report Share Posted May 2, 2014 (edited) Ottawa Police arrested a 62-year-old man this morning, after complaints about an adult male exposing himself at Mooney’s Bay Park. Donald Popadick has been charged with Indecent Act and Mischief. Police say they had several complaints since mid-April about a man exposing himself. Around 9 a.m. this morning, they were alerted to another call of someone on a pathway in the park. Police were nearby and arrested Popadick, who will appear in court Wednesday.
