Velvet Posted July 9, 2015 Report Share Posted July 9, 2015 Apparently Mugshots is closing it's doors effective immediately (so says Mike Essoudry via fb - and he was supposed to be playing there tonight). bradm Posted July 10, 2015 Report Share Posted July 10, 2015 Also from Facebook: Our apologies for the lack of information in regards to our bar closing.As a part of the HI-Ottawa Jail Hostel, our collective goal is to focus our guests' experience and, due to issues with noise levels, the bar does not accommodate that goal.
