bokonon Posted February 4, 2004 Report Share Posted February 4, 2004 i have an ibm thinkpad 390e and i am supposed to upgrade three hardware components for a school assignment. i was thinking of doing RAM, HD and making my cd rom a cdrw, is this all possible and where can i find instructions on this. all my course material is based on desktop systems and i don't have one to work on. if it is not possible, i was thinking of pretending to upgrade my network adaptor and also actually upgrading my video card. i'va got a PII with 128 MB ram, and 56 GB hd (i think) any help would be incredibly appreciated and i promise to help anyone find books they are looking for when i become the headiest library tech around.
