Anyone work with Metal? Design?

Hey everyone,

I am looking for the fender caps that appear on the bikes in the photo below. We'd probably need about 15 of them and I'll be damned if I can find them anywhere for purchase so I am wondering if anyone knows someone who can make them. Metal, plastic? I dunno.

i'd be willing to bet they can be found in montreal (or at least something similar). there are a ton of custom bike shops there.

My buddy runs a specialty bike shop here in Toronto and he's the same guy that brought the "Old Dutch" bikes to Canada...a collector and seller of eclectic and special bike.

He just returned from Paris where those bikes that your looking for are from. He said their part of the "Velib(?)" program for France and the bikes are made by a French company. You CANNOT buy just the fenders and as he remarked that the bikes themselves are on the rather expensive side...

i am the engineering guy at a custom metal fab shop, they can be made but not cheaply.

i will make some calls and see about a price, but i think you'd need way more than 15 to make it worth your while.
