  1. Jay, if you need a ticket, i'll have an extra now (since i'm grabbing Phishtaper's pair and I only need one for a buddy). Let me know. Later . . . Kanada Kev =8)
  2. I understand the FROM point dude However, that is what i'm laughing at. How can anyone say that a specific few games from the regular season account for missing the playoffs? It's easy to say that, but it's the overall record from the regular season that is responsible, NOT games against one team. The only exception would be if there was a regular season playoff game to break a tie to get into the playoffs (RARE). LOL ... i'm happy to teach history anytime Whatever the case, it was a great game last night and the better team at the rink won. Plain and simple. I'm always ready to admit that in any game. 3. NICE! Looks like a great show. Nice mix spanning a lot of material. The setlists as a whole have looked really good. Have you seen their setlist page? Ottawa isn't up yet: http://thehip.com/touring-SetLists.html Later . . . Kanada Kev =8)
  4. ?????? When the fuck did the Sens ever knock the Leafs out of the playoffs?? You might want to take another look at your Sens playoff record over the past 10 years: Overall Playoff Record: 36-43 Stanley Cup Championships: none 2006 -- defeated Tampa Bay, 4-1, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals lost to Buffalo, 4-1, Eastern Conf. semifinals 2004 -- [color:red]lost to Toronto, 4-3, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals 2003 -- defeated NY Islanders, 4-1, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals defeated Philadelphia, 4-2, Eastern Conf. semifinals lost to New Jersey, 4-3, Eastern Conf. finals 2002 -- defeated Philadelphia, 4-1, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals [color:red]lost to Toronto, 4-3, Eastern Conf. semifinals 2001 -- [color:red]lost to Toronto, 4-0, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals 2000 -- [color:red]lost to Toronto, 4-2, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals 1999 -- lost to Buffalo, 4-0, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals 1998 -- defeated New Jersey, 4-2, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals -- lost to Washington, 4-1, Eastern Conf. semifinals 1997 -- lost to Buffalo, 4-3, Eastern Conf. quarterfinals And hey, how come OPP Constable Sewage didn't wink and say hi to his Mommy last night? Did something happen to her?
  5. WOW!! Great friggin' game. Two super hot goalies both doing impressive work. The O'Neill and Sundin goals were beautiful. Puck control and passing were very on for the Leafs last night. They looked fantastic. Typical third period breakdown, but better than in recent times. THey're on a great roll right now. Later . . . Kanada Kev =8)
  6. What a great game tonight. Lots of fun to watch. The momentum swung back and forth and the goalies were fantastic! Lots of good hockey lately ... lovin' it. Later . . . Kanada Kev =8)

  11. Did you see the rest of the pics? Check this link out: http://tinyurl.com/26lfme Later . . . Kanada Kev =8)
  12. I agree with you. The refs try to infuse their characteristic "orchestrations" in the game. It's NOT their game. Kerry Frasier was notorious for this. They want the spotlight in the tense moments of the game (especially in the last 5 minutes). I hate it that infractions are called penalties at different times within a game and within the season and playoffs! Fuck, everybody loves it when they just let the players play! All this, and with 2 refs on the ice they seem to be blowing more calls. Often, there tend to be drama calls to appease the fans when their home-team is behind nearing the end of the game. NO MERCY penalties. As for the Leaf game, I just couldn't believe they allowed a goal that was so blatantly kicked in, and obvious from all the replays. Guess they didn't want the fans in NY to be shutout .. pfft. Whatever the case, i'm looking forward to watching some good games this weekend. The Montreal v. Pittsburgh game is more appealing to me than watching the Super Blow on Sunday Later . . . Kanada Kev =8)
  13. Didn't know christ played the B3!!! Maybe he's been jammin' with Brent and Jerry
  14. Anyone want it? http://cgi.ebay.com/Hammond-B3-Organ-OWNED-BY-Brent-Mydland-Grateful-Dead_W0QQitemZ150087060599QQihZ005QQcategoryZ64429QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Hammond B3 & Leslie Owned by: Brent Mydland of the Grateful Dead This is an amazing find! Here's a part of real Rock-N-Roll History, this is a once in a life-time opportunity. Brent Mydland had only 7 B3's. This one up for auction was owned by Brent from 1979 until his death in 1990. It was located in the Grateful Deads' rehearsal studio in San Rafael, California. After Brent's death on July 26, 1990, his surviving wife sold this organ to a local keyboard player on March 4th 1994. I have a written letter and original bill of sale from her that shows the serial number of the B3 and mentions the Leslie, and this letter is included in the sale (see scan). Condition: The B3 Keyboard cover is missing the bottom piece that encloses the keys(see pic). It has been re-worked (you can see the lines on the bottom part of the lid). There are some marks on the case (see pics). The keys are in good condition. The organ is in great working order. The Leslie, (model 22H), has posters stuck on it, not original posters and not put on by Brent. The last owner put these on. The unit works fine. The winner of this item will have to make arrangments to have the item picked up in Grass Valley Ca.. I am not able to ship it. Feel free to email questions. Good Luck Bidding!!!
  15. Have a great show! I'm looking forward to the gig in Hamilton next week And then in Buffalo in March Post a review if you can ... i'd love to hear your thoughts on the show.
  16. Lakeport was an amazing story. To grab such a large chunk of the market freaked out the big guns. For us consumers, it shows how the mainstream breweries are over-charging us for their products. Lakeport was completely viable at their pricing ... there is NO reason that the big breweries shouldn't do the same for their generics. Money Greed! I just want a beer now ... my beer fridge is lonely at home
  17. Left a message with my buddy ... hopefully he'll call back soon.
  18. I'll call a buddy of mine in Rochester. May be able to help you out. Later . . . Kanada Kev =8)
  19. Two extra tix/lawn space for some other people. Anyone?
  20. I don't know much by him other than his radio hits. I remember hearing Colin on the radio last year sometime and he was jamming on his guitar playing material from his latest release that was heavy on the Blues. I was really impressed. I think this is it: http://www.colinjames.com/disc_llb3.php I'd like to catch him live sometime.
  21. Nice! That means that I'll play the fool. We'll tease the bull, ringing round and loud, loud and round. Follow on! With a twist of the world we go. Follow on! Till the gold is cold. Dancing out with the moonlit knight, Knights of the Green Shield stamp and shout. **** sorry, back to your regularly scheduled programming.
