That shirt is actually a Waterloo Records - Austin TX shirt, but Jay said he brought it on tour because they were going to be playing there.

Thanks jon.!

A perfect weekend IMO. Music, site, weather, friends, food and drinks were all a 10.
I love Fort York and hope that they can continue to hold events there in to the future.
And I almost ran off with the Truckers!
-
Just don't keep them up too late, their TURF set is at 3:30 on Saturday.
-
Anyone from around here going this weekend?

Here is a stream rip with tracking, track names and cover art.....

J Roddy Walston and The Business were pretty solid last night. They might have been the best of the bits I caught of the weekend long webcast.

On sale at 10am!

It was a great night of music. That was my first CRB show and I have never seen Chris play guitar that extensively or audibly.
The sound in the venue was solid from a bunch of different perspectives- but I find the screens at the Ballroom a bit odd. They are small and outdated, so much so that you are actually looking at a low def, smaller version of the real life thing on stage. Minor gripes....
The Tough Mama > I Ain't Hiding in the second set will likely stand up to a few re-listens.
Chris started the show by saying "Well, looks like you got the news, It's Tuesday night!". It sure didn't feel like it.

Awesome. It might even be worth it to do both Ontario dates. Their setlists have been pretty varied so far this 'tour'.

Anyone else checking out this show in Buffalo tonight?
I'm heading home from MA so I will be solo. If anyone wants to meet up for some pre show food/ drinks- I'd be very happy to join you.
Or does anyone have an idea of show time? Doors are at 7, it is an Evening With- so I am thinking 8-9:30 and 10 to 11:30 ish.

I think you are right. I edited the post.
That link came from Rolling Stone and I didn't check it.
I was busy buying Pearl Jam tickets and shouldn't have been multi-tasking.

The date is a mistake, this definitely happened yesterday.

I'm failing at the internet today.

The Stones announced that some "very special guests" would be performing with them at Rock N Rio this evening.
Their set is scheduled to start at 6:45pm and is expected to be webcast here:

Bruce Springsteen is in Rio on vacation. Coincidence? I guess we'll find out in a couple of hours.

I drove by the site yesterday and there are some things happening already. The weather has been great, even at night here in the Catskills / Berkshires.
Have fun everyone!

Saw him last year in London at Budweiser Gardens. The ticket price was $40. Granted that was upper bowl, but ouch indeed.

I will echo what CTowns said about Detroit. Two computers and the LN app pulled nothing but lawns for the first 25 minutes, then back of the pavilion started to come out on the app only. Even those seats would only be seen if I was requesting 2. If I went for 4 it would say no tickets available.
They cleary sold the shitty seats first.
Then at about 40 minutes past the onsale both of my computers got 403'd.
I hit on a pair in Row BB on the app at about 10:50 and bought those. 15 minutes later I hit on another pair in Row BB- a pair of seats away.
I'd like to know what is up with the ticket allotments. When requesting and releasing tix through the app it seemed to have a batch of seats predetermined for me as I saw the exact same pair of seats a dozen or so times (Row II and Row ZZ were the most frequent).
In the end CTowns and I ended up with 6 seats out of 12 in Row BB from 48 thru 59.
There was nothing random about the selections I had the opportunity to buy. I feel really bad for people that bought lawns before 10:30, while mid pavilions weren't popping up and can still be bought now.
That was one of my worst ticket buying experiences in recent memory.
Well it all makes sense now..... Apparently DTE has a membership offer that runs until mid June every year. You can buy a seat and obviously the best ones are saved for this promotion. Once the membership period is lifted, all of those good seats will be offered up to the general public.
-
Nope, but I am glad you scored tix.
Enjoy!

23% but the point is the same. (22.50/96.50)*100 QED
I said 30.4% of the ticket price (22.50/74)*100. Your math was 23% of the total purchase price.

Depending on which direction you are driving in from there is a Dinosaur BBQ in both Syracuse and Rochester. That place never disappoints!
