Really, y'all should make it out to this.

I don't know much about much, but this Mugshots is a cool bar. Okay, the sightlines are a bit whack but only because of the stellar brickwork.
If you see an opportunity to go to Mugshots I suggest you take it. It's my new Cheers.

Fantastic work.
-
I'd so love to go but unfortunately I won't be around for those dates.
So many good times up there.
-
Hope to see y'all.

It seems Bluesfest has been tweeting a pic a day. The pics are of the Bluesfest limo from years past with clues printed on them. Today's has pictures of a juke box wearing a cape. Juke Box Hero, Foreigner.
I can't figure out any of the other clues.

-
Looks like I'll get to cross Foreigner off my list.
What a weird band name. Foreigner.

If you look at the day pass ticket prices you'll see that three dates (21st, 28th, 30th) aren't priced yet, suggesting that there are three more headliners tba.

Bobby McFerrin on June 29th!

If you are in a camper you can camp right at the northern tip of the island, behind the info centre and among all the windmills. The sea is right outside your door and there's seals and rocks and oceany stuff.
If you're in a tent I think you can't.

Just kidding...Dave, what time are you guys starting each night, and any idea on the cover?
Anyone going to Irene's early for dinner?

Pleasure Craft sold out before the first note was played.

http://www.cbc.ca/news/arts/paco-de-lucia-dead-at-66-1.2551717
World-renowned guitarist Paco de Lucia, who dazzled audiences with his lightning-speed flamenco rhythms and finger work, has died in Mexico, Spanish officials said Wednesday. He was 66.
A spokeswoman for the town hall of de Lucia's native Spanish town of Algeciras said de Lucia family members had told them the artist died of a heart attack. She said he began to feel unwell while on a beach in Cancun with his child and died while being taken to a local hospital.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity as town hall regulations do not allow her to be identified publicly
Describing the death as unexpected and premature, Education and Culture Minister Jose Ignacio Wert said he was "a unique and unrepeatable figure."
Born Dec. 21, 1947, de Lucia — whose real name was Francisco Sanchez Gomez — was best-known for flamenco but also experimented with other genres of music. One of his most famous recordings was Friday Night in San Francisco, recorded with fellow guitarists John McLaughlin and Al Di Meola in 1981.
During the 1960s and 1970s, he formed an extremely popular duo with late flamenco singer legend Camaron de la Isla.
His 1973 rumba Entre Dos Aguas (Between Two Waters) became one of the most popular recordings in Spain.
De Lucia was awarded the Culture Ministry's Fine Arts Gold Medal in 1992 and the prestigious Prince of Asturias prize for the Arts in 2004.

Saw Edie and Steve last summer. They work surprisingly good together.

There might not be a whole lot of Mashers gigs in the future - if you haven't seen them yet get on it!
Hope to see some of you there.
-
I'll be out of town otherwise I'd be in - these guys are great.
-
If it was for the vinyl edition I might have pulled the trigger.

Great pitch! Yo looks pretty spiffy when he's all cleaned up, I'm not sure I would've recognised him.
I agree with the Dragons though, it's hardly a business worth investing in at this point.
He got some national advertising though in exchange for...I understand once you appear on the show you have to give a small percentage of your company to the show regardless of the outcome...

Warning: Casino Rama is a lousy place to see a show, but at least bearable if you are NOT staying at the casino.
For real, I've seen it happen: If you are staying at the hotel your drinking is monitored through your credit card. If you are caught drinking more than one drink per hour you are subject to in-casino sobriety tests and if you fail you are given the choice of checking out with no refund or staying in your room for twelve hours.
For real.
