No shows for me. I'm not photogenic, nor inclined to create videos. I do have a channel though - that follows both you clowns.

Toronto Santa Clause parade, Argos, Ford motor company have distanced themselves from Rob Ford and his behavior, and now..

Given the circumstances it may have been a good idea to stash it out of sight for the interview.
Doug Ford, Is That A Bottle Of Vodka In Your Office? That sure does look like a bottle of Grey Goose behind your desk, Doug Ford.
Eagle-eyed Reddit user Physicalred spotted the bottle in the background during Toronto councillor Doug Ford's interview with CNN on Wednesday.

So basically Michael Kaufman pulled a stunt similar to what Andy himself would have more than likely attempted and approved of had he actually been alive.

"Black Friday Record Store Day release has 'incredible historical significance,' says archivist"
November 14, 2013 12:20 PM ETDavid Lemieux can only remember four times in his near 15-year tenure as the Grateful Dead archivist that "lost" tapes have shown up. The first time was in 2005, when singer Donna Godchaux, who left the band in 1979, returned a sizable box of reels that had belonged to her late husband, Dead keyboardist Keith Godchaux. Similar batches came from two different crewmembers years later.
Most recently, last summer, Lemieux received a called from Caroline Garcia, better known as Mountain Girl, Jerry Garcia's former wife and the mother of two of his daughters. Mountain Girl mentioned that she'd found a small box of reels among Garcia's belongings, and she read off the labels. Lemieux, who knows the Dead's collection better than anyone, instantly recognized that they had struck audio gold.
Of the 2,300 shows the Grateful Dead played over their 30 years, the archive has somewhere in the 1,700 range, and Lemieux can quickly ascertain if something is a legitimate show that they don't have. He had Mountain Girl send the reels to sound engineer Jeffrey Norman, who eventually gave him the good news: these were indeed recordings they didn't know existed, and better yet, they were from very important eras.
This Black Friday, fans will get their first listen to the Grateful Dead's April 18, 1970 show at the Family Dog in San Francisco. Despite the fact that the reel sat for 43 years in less than optimal storage conditions, Lemieux says the sound quality is great — it's an Owsley Stanley soundboard recording. Even more important, the performance quality is outstanding.
"It's a show of incredible historical significance," Lemieux told Rolling Stone, "because it's the Grateful Dead, but they weren't billed as the Dead." The show was promoted as Mickey Hart and the Heartbeats and Bobby Ace and the Cards from the Bottom of the Deck, giving the Dead an extraordinary amount of freedom to do whatever they wanted.
"So they didn't perform a full three- or four-hour electric psychedelic Grateful Dead concert," Lemieux said. "They played an acoustic set, and it was a long one."
The 80-minute show ends with Ron "Pigpen" McKernan playing six songs solo acoustic, sitting on a stool and building his legacy as not only an incredible bluesman, but also an especially adept guitar player. April of 1970 was what Lemieux – who hates the terms "crossroads" and "reinventing" – describes as a "transitional" time for the Dead. A month before this particular show the band had been in the studio recording Workingman's Dead, and a little later in the spring and early summer they went back to record American Beauty. Widely considered the Dead's two classic acoustic albums, those records were a departure from their Sixties sound. "[This is] massively transitional Dead," he emphasized.
Lemieux said that they've got a host of new stuff planned for the 50th year Grateful Dead anniversary in 2015, and for the 2014 releases due out this spring. He said there was a show from 1971 in Mountain Girl's box that's "really hot" and has no known set list and hinted that he's been immersed in 1983 and 1984 Dead.
"People are going to be pretty shocked by what's to come," he promised. A self-described "vinyl-head," Lemieux considers the Family Dog show the perfect Record Store Day Release. According to Norman, who still does all the Grateful Dead mastering, the vinyl versions of the shows are "like listening to them in color for the first time," and the plan is to get all of the Dick's Picks series out on vinyl as well.
As an archivist, though, this show is particularly exciting for Lemieux, because it means that come Black Friday fans will be able to hear something no one knew existed six months ago.
"It's very rare, it's unique, and collectors are going to flip out on it," he said.

Proud, yet relieved my little brother has completed his service intact and thankful he decided to not re-up after 20+ years of service. He served Canadian Navy - HMCS Toronto & Iroquois and after moving to UK he enlisted in the QRAF. Twice to Afghanistan and Iraq.
I attended the service this morning in Hamilton and was proud and humbled to stand & chat with some WWII and Afghan vets. It made me feel a bit closer to my great grandfathers & grandfathers who had served. Three of which never returned to home, which made me realize just how lucky I am that my brother did.
At the same time angered me to no end knowing that no war in my lifetime has truly been fought in the name of democracy & freedom but only greed in the guise of the former. One day I hope the corporatocracy will be resisted completely and we no longer send our brothers, sisters, fathers & mothers to their deaths in another senseless war.
The tragedy of modern war is that the young men die fighting each other - instead of their real enemies back home in the capitals. - Edward Abbey

*those are listed on the cover as Albany, November 16, '76,
I think anyway they are also from Akron show, there is no
cut between songs, the sound remains absolutely identical
and it's a litte improbable that mixer recording from Akron
misses first three songs and those exactly same are only
ones taped on sbd in Albany, don't you think?
To verify that, note that after show in Akron Coney Island Baby
was moved into middle of set where it stood till the end of tour,
so this way it was very supposedly played in Albany as well,
not right after Sweet Jane as it's presented here. Then these
songs really must be from Akron performance, which only had
songs order like this.
**listed as Christchurch, March 8, '75, which is total nonsense,
if Lou really played in Christchurch it was in August, anyway
this song is from Sydney.

A fire at the Internet Archive's San Francisco scanning center has destroyed an estimated $600,000 of digitization and scanning equipment. Fortunately no one was injured in the blaze, but the property damage has ruined "some physical materials" that were yet to be digitized, and restricted the nonprofit organization's ability to record the history of the web.
NONE OF THE INTERNET ARCHIVE'S DIGITIZED DATA WAS DESTROYED IN THE FIRE
Of the physical materials the fire destroyed, about half had already been digitized. The Internet Archive says it's now working with library partners to assess what can be replaced. None of the Internet Archive's digitized data was lost in the fire as backups are held in multiple locations.
The Internet Archive was founded in 1996 with the intention of building a permanent repository of digital information, including websites, movies, and software. It's home to more than 10 petabytes of data and responsible for the Wayback Machine, a searchable record of old websites that provides snapshots of internet history.
The organization is seeking donations and scanning assistance to replace its hardware, and repair or rebuild the affected building. Thanks to a "fast and great" response from the San Francisco fire department and a smart backup policy, the fire hopefully won't restrict the Internet Archive's admirable efforts too much.

I got a laugh out of the video.
He passively blames the media for not asking the question properly back in may as if he would have answered it then.
That should have been - "Have you smoked crack?" and not - "Do you smoke crack?"
You ask the question properly, I'll answer it:bonghit:

Looks like the thread titled can be updated:

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford admitted to reporters at City Hall Tuesday that he has smoked crack cocaine."Yes, I have smoked crack cocaine. But do I? Am I an addict? No," he said.

http://www.jambands.com/news/2013/11/01/new-guitar-documentary-musicwood-opens-in-nyc#.UnPvO_nhSt8
A new guitar-based documentary Musicwood will make its debut today in New York City. The movie is centered around three of the world’s most famous guitar makers, Chris Martin (Martin Guitars), Bob Taylor (Taylor Guitars) and Dave Berryman (Gibson), as they travel to the Tongass, a remote forest in SE Alaska. The Tongass is home to the valuable Sitka Spruce trees that make the most acoustic guitar soundboards. The Spruce trees are currently being logged at a staggering rate. The guitar makers meet with the largest private company that is logging the Tongass and struggle to determine the future of the forest and the acoustic guitar.
The movie will debut at the Quad Cinema from November 1-7 and is also available on iTunes. Special Q&A’s will also be held this week and will include musicians Steve Earle, Adam Gardner (Guster), Chris Eldridge (Punch Brothers), Dawn Landes as well as stars of the film, filmmakers, Patagonia and much more.

Recording suspected to be of Rob Ford calling into AM640 tonight (10/31)
-
Neither the province or council can remove him unless he is convicted from my understanding.
Toronto council can call for a judicial inquiry pertaining to misconduct or breach of trust, but I'm pretty sure even that doesn't allow the removal of an elected official.

Ha, it blew over?
Perhaps to the right wing nutjobs it had.
