That's exactly how I got to see the Stones for the first time...surprise Christmas gift from my parents! Guess that can't be done now!! This is the worst way to sell tickets. I hope it doesn't survive. Not to be a dick, and I DO sympathize with you, BUT, to play devils advocate, the policy for these tickets was clearly outlined on the tickets page on Rollingstones.com. As well, right beside where you select for tickets on the TM link, it says "click ? for important restrictions". AS such, TM will probably tell you you're SOL.

Agreed. I jumped the gun. But it was justified given they only put the link up with the details at 9:50, and the link for the actual $85 tickets not until 10:30.

My May order says "section TBA1" and June says "section TBA2"

Picture ID, your confirmation number, and the credit card used to make the purchase are required for pick-up. Without these things, you will not be able to pick up your tickets. If we suspect any reselling or transfer of these tickets they will be immediately voided and you will not be entitled to any refund.

Now this is cool..but good luck getting a pair.... Rolling Stones fans offered 1000s of $85 tickets for US and Canada Tour General onsale for tickets for the 50 & Counting tour of the USA and Canada commences at 10am local time Monday April 8. As a part of the general onsale, there will be something for everyone, including over 1,000 tickets at $85 (including service charges). Some will be among the best seats in the house in the Tongue Pit, with others spread around the arena. Tickets will be sold as a pair. You will find out your seat location when you pick them up the night of the show. Other tickets range from $150- $600(plus service charges). More details will be released on Monday, along with the links to purchase these tickets.

I think (hope) that those prices are the high/low range. Still $166 for what will probably be the last 2 rows of the 300's near the back is nutso. No thanks.

Well there's over 2000 seats on Stubhub now for Toronto. Lawns are down to $33. Crazy. ps..the whole ticketing thing is outta hand - for SPAC at 10:00 I pull lawns, but ended up getting a pair of PAVs for Sat and Sun almost an hour later - REALLY lucky.

1700+ tickets on Stubhub? BTW there's 200's on there for $115...not bad if you want to stop stressing about it...

There's a thread on PT and everyone in same boat. Buddy posted he was first at an outlet and got a pit..second 400's and 3rd lawn. Another guy was first at an outlet and got 400s! So with hardly any good seats in any of the pre-sales, Phishtickets or the reg on sale, where the F are all these tickets? Capshaw selling to the "secondary market"? I wouldn't bet against it.....

This show will be a really easy ticket I think. Lawns will be close to worthless at showtime. I'm gonna guess attendance will be 11-12k tops.
