  1. You know I'm there...

The only question will be... will I be happy or sad... go sens go

I just pray this game does not go into overtime.

Downtime and Cruzao have paid the price for this towns hockey passion over the last week. I don't feel to bad for em though, they are all leaf fans. Fuck even tND were taking shots at the sens last night, sweet justice will come in the form of a lopsided Sens victory where I can watch the cry babies loose their shit!

There are TV's downstairs! So you don't have to wait until the game is over to come out.

  2. tND are like money in the bank

The nice things about the Tulipfest when there are only about 100 people there and it is pouring.....

    1. you get in free.... I walked right in the front door and no one said shit, they were all hiding in the ticket booth

    2. easy to find your friends.... There was no searching, it was pretty easy to find anyone in that sparse crowd.

    3. free beer...... when you're one of the only people around, others naturaly assume you're staff and give you beer grin.gif" border="0

    4. Flyering takes 10 minutes.... it only took 10 minutes to pass the D&T word around, plus yrou can chat with everyone who says "Drums and Tuba?.... wicked!!"

    5. People are nicer..... the nasty elements seem to make a friendly crowd even nicer, people were only to willing to hold my umbrella as I struggled to lite a bowl...

    6. The band plays the elements.... tND, found some sick rainny day grooves, at times reaching way back to some twisted, wet, trippy jazz....

All things considered, this was a great experience and a lot of fun. Dancing in the rain with soaking wet winter clothes on is difficult but no one on the hill was standing still.

    Quote of the night....

After grooving out for some 30 or 40 minutes, moe.ron pulls her head up and turns around to survery the empty field behind her, turns to me and says in disbelief

"what?.... were not filled up yet?... shessh"

  3. Howler... you're my heroin

I discussed your vending with Babylon and they love the idea, and seem to genuinly love you as a person.... who doesen't?

So be prepared to set up shop for Drums and Tuba and every other Nugget you want to be a part of after that........ Juliart and Nugget..... love it!

  4. Sup Giggs...

Everything is looking good bro.... soon London might rival Ottawa for being the tightest scene in Canada... let's hope so for your sake...hahaha

Anyone else interested in a Nugget franchise to build your scene.... email me.

  5. A request for anyone who would be good enough to help me pass out D&T flyers at tND tonight.

Please send me an email or reply to this thread.

There is no better ice breaking line for a pretty girl than a cool show..... right Jaybone/Stapes? .... plus I will 420 you're ass.....

Born on January 10, 1954 in Boston, Mike Stern is a guitarist of remarkable technical and improvisational proficiency who rose to fame playing in a pair of Miles Davis' bands. Stern is comfortable in a wide range of styles including bebop, hard bop, fusion and jazz-rock. Stern attended Berklee in the early '70s, where he studied with Pat Metheny and Mick Goodrick. Metheny recommended him for a vacancy with Blood, Sweat & Tears. He later worked with Billy Cobham, then joined Miles Davis' band in 1981. Stern stayed with him two years, then played with Jaco Pastorius' Word Of Mouth band. He later toured with Miles Davis again, played with Steps Ahead, and worked in bands led by Mike Brecker and Harvie Swartz, among many others. A dynamic soloist, thoughtful accompanist and strong composer, Stern made his recording debut as leader in 1985. His latest release on Atlantic Records is the Grammy-nominated Voices.
