I`m not familier with sendspace. I`m sure Paul can get it from Ben, but regardless, gimmee some time and I`ll see if I can figure it out.

Did we? I know I did... with Jeffrey, Gavin and Jermemy, backing up Ben Kaplan in London at the Embassyopening for Merl. Did BNB ever play with Merl? I can't recall.
"Fly Burt Neilson". I have that on CD. Havn't listned in years though. mike and dan were unavailable that weekend.

This was 2000. In 1999 there were lasers!

I have never tried this, but I'm on their mailing list. I think it sells in some BC liquor stores. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's the real deal.

Plus, being on their mailing list, they offer limited edition versions. eg... "toboo gold"
what's wrong with regular old booze?Isn't that like asking someone who wants acid or mushrooms why they won't just settle with a joint?

They have begun airing Jam Cruise 7. So far archived is ALO, and now Garage Et Trois which was an amazing set. I saw the last hour and a half the the 3 hour (1:00am to 4:00am) set. I think in that time they maybe stopped once and had crazy trombone players with them.
-
Hopefully it's with the same band he was just with on Jam Cruise. I caught a good chunk of one of his sets there and it was amazing.
see youtube section of thread, Leslie Edward Claypool. Some footage that I caught....
Hopefully he comes back to Vancouver. He does seem to have a day off after Seattle.

I recentely used my ipod skiing for the first time and I'm completely sold. Was with 3 people who didn't even know I was listning to music. Was able to talk and listen on the chairlift. And never had to touch it all day, it just kept playing. Awsome!!!
BTW - TomFoolery: Relentless Couchmen is coming out for a little ski tour to the Kootenays.
Feb. 26 - Nelson
Feb. 27, 28 - Rossland.

what are you hitting your head on?
i have been on the hill since i was 4 (so 30 years) and never worn a helmet. great if you want to wear one. i don't plan on starting now.
Tree Branches! Aside from if you bail going very fast.
I started wearing one I think in '98 or '99 and now feel naked without it. It's probably more dangerous for me to wear one though.... It makes me feel indestructable and I ski way too fast.
-
oh yeah... and good on live nation for pulling out, although surcharges will just go elswhere, like "Blockbastard".
-
BULLSHIIT!!
They say they are trying to protect you from buying fake tickets. If you buy a fake ticket, it serves you right for buying from a scalper. Ticketmaster should not be supporting reselling tickets for higher prices period. It's wrong!

I'm coming. I'm super stoked! It's been way too long. Well I guess about a year, but still.....
Can someone post directions from Toronto and what time the festivities begin?
Party, Party!
-
Is anyone from this board going? I am and i don't think I've ever been more stoked before a musical event! I can't wait!
-
looks like I'll be in Toronto that weekend and will probably make the trip!

I am interested in seeing Phish, but not interested in going to Bonaroo. Though Phish would be the one band that would get me there.
Maybe if I lived east, and maybe if Moe. and Yonder were there as well. Maybe!
But still in reality, no matter who is there, I won't be this year.
-
? Not sure if I like.

Nice! I almost signed up at the last minute but the site was running slow and I didn't have the patience.
What other events did you get?
I think I plan to rent my house out and skip town. We'll see.

I hope they do a west coast spring tour!
March 7-8 - SURPRISE SHOWS TO BE ANNOUNCED ON DECEMBER 8, 2008"Langerado Lineup Coming December 8th"I wonder what the surprise is???
I like DB way more than UM. Although they both have pretty terrible vocals at times. After taking a bunch of time off of seeing DB, I saw them at High Sierra a couple years back and am completely re-sold. I hope they come out west 'cause I will travel south to see them. UM, I'll see them if i'm in the same city and it's convienient.
YMSB - 4:20 @ the Commadore Ballroom!!!
