Nice.... You finally got him in there. He's crazy good! Ask him to play "maggies farm". He plays the best version of that ever.

Round-trip airfare from Buffalo is only $187!
How much from Vancouver, Bellingham or Seattle?
My request is in!

Wasn't the actual first "Burt Neilson Band" show that last minute benefit show we did at the Outpost with "Ginger" and Tom Wilson and others about a week or so before Halloween?
I think we pissed someone off that night for eating their pizza and drinking their beer.

that's hillarious with the homer. I've seen him with a John Wayne cuttaway at in Portland, Or. when they were jamming with all of Railroad earth on stage with them. Also 32 things.

yonder is on right now. someone in the front keeps screeming "thanks for coming to Toronto last summer"
-
I am so jealous that I won't be able to be there.
These guys really are one of my favourite bands. I hope this meens that we may get a few more shows here and there and hopefully out west one of these days.

Another good review of the show is right here....

I guess Earl saw that they were playing Edmonton (lucky Edmonton folks got to see this show as well) and talked him into coming to Ymir. I couldn't make it but sounds like it was awsome!
Here's Earls web page for his company...
Mountain Thunder Presents

the web page is a little scattered but, well if you know Earl....

when is this?
Did anyone see the Gene Simmons Roast on his show? It had some hillarious moments.

I've been to all the Bonfires and some of the spin off shows @ Ruby Lake, and I can't wait for this one!
There's tonnes of $199 flights from Toronto at that time (plus about a million in taxes) if anyone is feeling adventurous and wants to head west. We'll make it worth your while!

Great question. I think I struggle with this one every day. I don't think I can commit to one though. I really love them all. And I think I change my mind every time I watch them (which is way too often). I definetely would be choosing from characters from "the Muppet Show" or "Muppets Tonight" though. I like the Fraggles and all, but it's still not quite the Muppets.

I just got back from String Summit and am stoked to find one of the funnest sets of music I've ever been to already on the Archive.

Check it out!

If six sets of Moe. alone (regardless of who else is playing) doesn't doesn't sound good enough to go to a Moe. festival, I don't know why you'd be even reading this thread.
Now YMSB is added? I wish I could be there.
I'm going to YMSB's festival at Horning's Hideout in Oregon next week for 6 sets of YMSB and I'm not even sure who else is playing. I can't wait!

I guess we can't complain about all the rain we had this winter here.
Today though it's a high of 13 and sunny and I'm working outside!
Sometimes I miss the east, sometimes not.
