Thanks, everybody. I went to the Wellington Gastropub for lunch today: lentil and bacon soup, along with a pint of Beau's Beaver River I.P.Eh?, followed by a grilled sausage with winter vegetables and a veal jus, along with a nice Malbec. Coffee from Bridgehead followed, then I picked up a couple of things for the home-making of dinner tonight.
