I want to buy a couple of specialty channels. They tell me the best way for me to do that is to upgrade to their VIP package. another $36.00. How is paying $36.00 'the best way to pay for 2 new channels'? I would like to pay the $2.69 a month or whatever they normally charge. I also hate being put on hold when i'm paying for the minutes. That's like twenty minutes of hold. I'm trying their webpage but i don't find it user friendly. I'm afraid to call those 'hold' bitches. I know a guy who works for Rogers in some fashion. I'm going to start giving him a hard time. If i find he works with customer service i'm going to dedicate my life to fucking him over. Too bad he's a great guy and i like him, but revenge is first!

I never seem to be happy with their digital tv packages and being put on hold.But i can't live without highspeed internet. Is their a good alternative. i could give up on the T.V. and i don't really want sympatico. j
