  8. Stephen Lewis: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5j-C4cUJPgk#t=64 A musician's musician. Whatever type of music you are into, rock or hip hop, the skill of what Stephen pulls off is undeniable. Great chops and great voice, but what this guy really offers is a master class lesson in phrasing. I would challenge any musician to "not take something away from this". It's really mind blowing.

Please step up and mention that you heard it here on The Sanctuary. This has been my favorite place to get my news for years. Kinda wondering how many folks are still here in these Facebook Days J.

  13. I think this is going to be a hard ticket. I ordered 2 for each night plus a pair for a Psychedelic Fridays contest.. I likely will be at the rainbow gathering before this show, go to chicago and then return to the rainbow for clean up.. I was hoping they would gather in VT this year, but now I'm routing for Up State Michigan or WI. Regardless I'll be there.

  16. Funny how there's no mention of the Comfort Zone which is also included. It's the same business as the Dollar and is the basement of the Waverly. It's a little funny as the CZ brand is easily more lucrative than the other two parts of the property combined.
  17. Every few years the property owners try to get it cleared to push condos through. This has been going of for a long time. The Silver Dollar/Comfort Zone and the Waverly properties are owned by the same group. The spadina corridor has always been fairly protected against new development. Being next to the Scott Mission likely reduces their chances as well. The business' of the Comfort Zone/Silver Dollar (the tenants) Would keep them running forever if they could. The CZ is basically a mint with their crowd and $30 at the door. If you owned the building you'd want it replaced if you could. I mean the Waverly as a historic site... yikes.
