Happy Birthday Paisley! It has been a long time since we seen ya! Hope all is well with you

Well my doctor is really good but she is in Burlington. I also pay her a yearly fee because she does Integrative Medicine.
Basically, she does the traditional stuff but she also recommends herbs, vitamins, meditation techniques, etc. My old doctor kicked me out of her office cuz she was bitter that I saw a naturopath...so the benefit with this doc is that i don't have to take prescriptions if I don't want to. A physical is usually almost an hour and she goes over everything you take (herbs, vits, otherwise), your diet, the regular stuff and your emotional/mental stuff.
I love it cuz she repects that I know a fair bit about natural health and herbs and nutrition, and she works with me. I love it!
Her website is www.fpcihh.com
She has other practioners in her office as well, like a naturopath, chiropractor, massage, reiki, etc.

well i already went and got bell...we just want the phone right now...so it is the best deal...i did compare with rogers originally and it is about 15 bucks cheaper than rogers. we shall see.
thanks for the info though guys!

Okay so with the new house, tooly and i obviously have to get a new phone # and all that jazz. Do any of you, know which company is the best to go with, just for phone service and maybe call answer? Bell seems to be the best so far really but maybe I am missing something.

check out www.tribe.net it seems pretty decent...a friend of mine turned me on to it...admittedly i don't go there often but that could be because i have no friggin time

ya, the tire fire is pretty sick and kinda against what you'd think they would be more for ie. preservation of land and environment...but i am still behind them one hundred percent...all the power to them! I just hope things don't have to turn violent or that we end up with another ipperwash sitch on our hands.

hell ya low roller!!! don't think it is his kinda scene though, i would say. So, any word on a neil tour yet? whoever finds out, keep us all updated...i am just too frigin busy right now to keep on top of that stuff!!!
Climate change: from Despair to Empowerment

Very last minute...I totally forgot and don't even know if I will personally make it, but this is an event in Hamilton tonight-----
Hamilton Area Eco-Network and Environment Hamilton Present:
Thursday, May 3, 7:00 PM
Climate change: from Despair to Empowerment
Join Australian John Seed – speaker, author, filmmaker, successful activist, and rainforest guru
Join us for a presentation and informal discussion with John Seed, who has
put rainforests and ecology on the radar of global environmentalism since
the late 70s. Author, film-maker and rainforest and deep ecology guru, Seed
is stopping in Hamilton on his international tour with a presentation that
will help our community address global warming.
As founder of the Australia-based Rainforest Information Centre, he led
bold, theatrical and humorous campaigns which won major set-asides for
rainforests in Australia and pressured Burger King in the U.S. to cease
sourcing soybeans from Costa Rican clear-cuts.
He’ll offer his reflections on catalyzing, invigorating and supporting the
climate change movement and share with us his approach to raising awareness
and generating personal and political action. He urges mindfulness at a
deeper level. He co-authored Thinking Like a Mountain (1988), has made
several films on ecology, and in 1995 was awarded the Order of Australia
medal by the Australian government for services to conservation and the
environment.
This is a free event, but donations will go to Seed to help pay for his
expenses. Location: Frwy Coffee House, 333 King E (King & Wellington)
