I have a friend in Chi Town who does a radio & PBS jam bands show and we are trying to hook up a feature on Canadian Jam bands to get tha good word out but are having a hella hard time trying to find downloads, if anyone knows where we can find anything useful... Please... hook a sister up! We have tons on BNB, Blue Quarter, Fat Cats & Gypsy Soul stuff but are looking for: McNarleys Rant, Wassabi Collective, Chris Copelaugh, Grand Theft, Diesel Dogg, Nero, New Deal ETC.

Also, if anyone has any other bands that i haven't mentioned do tell. I am really only familiar with West Coast jam bands and ones that have been through Thunder Bay so any ideas are welcome. I'll let y'all know whem it'll be broadcast incase anyone wants to check it out.

On another note, if anyone reading this is/are the kind folks that i met outside of Vegas after LA that ran out and gave me my change for $100 and ID back after getting gas and forgetting mah change, please make yourself known... I owe you a huge assed thank you. [big Grin]

Peace (please)

Drie

speaking (or i guess it's reading) of Chi Town makes me think...

there is a great club in Chicago on Lincoln called Martyrs...DSO started out there and return still for terrapin nation shows

anyway, the owners are terrific people...the locals know the club as one that brings in jambands (drums&tuba played there I know)

and they'll treat you great

Good spot for Nero to hit [Wink]
