secondtube
well that makes it all the better...lol the only thing that determines if the bowie was good is whether Trey actually plays the ending, which makes the song. in 03, he'd given up on the ending, and flutters it out.... the real issue here is not what they played, but how they played. it was their final run. they needed to practice so they could nail songs.... after reading some reviews from people there, it seems that may not have happened....but i'll wait for the download to see myself. after all, phish forgot that Canada existed, so now i live vicariously through downloads. dogatthestation
The setlist reflects how Trey and Phish feel at the moment, that is what is important irregardless of whether the song is a personal favourite or not. I honestly think that a lot of the bad reviews are coming because people could not look past what they opened with. I have read some pretty possitive things as well. hamilton
the only thing that determines if the bowie was good is whether Trey actually plays the ending, which makes the song. That's a pretty strange criterion. :: Is it really the only thing?
secondtube
ok, the Main thing. the mellow jam to kick it in is cool, but come on, a bowie isn't a bowie without the rockstar raging ending.... its the same as hydrogen. without the ending, the song isn't the same...
