bokonon
pretty wild stuff...so much of a human x-section looks like steak so we're red meat then? this question has plagued me for years. i've asked most people i know if we're red or white meat and no one has been able to give me a definitive answer. many people have good theories, but no concrete evidence as far as i'm concerned. hmmmm, this gives me an idea, i'm going to send this question to three different e-reference services to see what they say. (wow, this sounds like a project i just did for library school, i should have asked this question for my project and made the instructor think i'm on crack! )
