keither Posted July 15, 2005 Report Share Posted July 15, 2005 I know they played Toronto, Hamilton, Ottawa & Montreal this past week... did anyone catch these shows?I think it was only the 3-piece Sekoya... without the live drums, horns or keys... but this band still smokes live.They were at Pepper Jack's... any reviews? SmoothedShredder Posted July 15, 2005 Report Share Posted July 15, 2005 Ottawa Jazzfest last year they played a special Midnight show at the Studio in the NAC... it was packed, but people didn't stay so I got in pretty quick, and then snagged a pretty sweet spot near the front. They were very funky and fun to watch live. But yes, for the very danceable music, everyone sat...
