Basher
I have made smaller posters, on 11x17 paper. Printed at a Kinko's on a laser printer, with nice card stock ended up costing me aroun $4 each.
Im going home Donny
um...whats a kinkos? A chain? $4.00...that seems reasonable. ....Bradm...I'll poster you wise ass!

bradm
Yes, Kinko's is a copy chain, but I don't think they have any locations in Ottawa. I think Staples, which has locations in Ottawa (e.g., Bank St. between Barrymore's and Gladstone), offers similar services.Aloha,Brad
Del
Yes, Kinko's is a copy chain, but I don't think they have any locations in Ottawa.[color:purple]That's one of the main reasons I'm leaving Ottawa!
Im going home Donny
Thanks folks! Appreciate it...Staples...gees I wouldn't have thunk. Kinkos...first I'd ever heard of them. Cheers.
Blane
the other way of having posters printed is having them screen printed, more expensive, but makes them more collectable. Check out www.expressobeans.com for info on collectable posters.

bradm
Algonquin has printing services, but I'm not sure they'd be available to non-students.Head to http://www.algonquincollege.com/publishing_centre/for info.Aloha,Brad
Ms.Huxtable
Also, you could try Nancy Poirier Digital Colour Printing. Bouche has used them in the past for posters and they always do a terrific job. Not a franchise either which I like.(613) 238-5057588 Gladstone Avenue
Large Marge
How many copies do you need? I can do up to 11x17 here at work, if you're only after a few.Another option, if you want to be enviro-friendly about it is to try a waterless printer... Warren's Waterless, here in T.O. are fab! Warren's Cheers!
Im going home Donny
yes I went to Nancys when I made shirts...very cool people. They even gave me a bit of a discount because I used to deliver there stuff when I drove as a courior...because I liked them they were allways a priority...kinda paid off but still it was expensive....though I'm guessing mabey shirt stuff is more costly..also sweat shop free shirts were a bit more...I'm gonna go speak with them(gees I tottaly forgot about those folks!)You've all given me some great leads here! Will be checking out all these angles for sure.Thinking about re-starting my little buisness...haha...I have dozens of mistakes to learn from this time! Thanks a million folks!Cheers!j
AdamH
Envirocopies is cheap and good. There's several other places in the market area and right on rideau. I've used Allegra for work but they're probably only cheap if you're doing large quantities.
