guigsy
courtesy of damo suzuki and the riderless at the forest city gallery. the riderless were his band tonite, and good fruck i've never seen 'em like that!! they were absolutely unbelievable. i think that was the closest thing i'll ever get to seeing the red krayola and that makes me very happy. wow. it was just a mash of everything sound. mash it up, fuck it up, groove it out, slow it down, chug it like a freight train, screach it to a halt, tell the crowd what its like, spin around, tap twice and let 'er rip again. damn right!interesting sidenote: i've now seen 2 bands this year (that i can recall) with japanese players... they rank 1 and 1 in favourite shows this year. Go Japan!!

SaggyBalls
AMAZING!! i wish i were there for Ian, Wil, Cherys, and the Twins (pat and kev) that'd have been a crazy experience. I hope they tour out west again. I used to love having those guys into Elements. What a great vibe they helped weave. definitely an 'out there' sortof act.
