Jay Funk Dawg Posted November 17, 2005 Report Share Posted November 17, 2005 I would suggest perhaps a melody, theme or re-occuring sounds... otherwise it sounds more like a jam then a song.you guys obviously know how to play your instruments, I would say focus on compositions with improvisations, not just soloing for the sake of soloing; because unless you are a mind blowing improvisor it sounds like a solo that doesn't go any where.
