We raised a good chunk of change at Pepper Jack's yesterday with all proceeds going to the local chapter of Earth Day Canada. Any highlights (biographical or otherwise)? yes...a video clip of his daughter (age 11) addressing a plenary session of the 1992 UN conference on climate change. she formed a group called Environmental Children's Organization and raised money to get the group and families to the conference. her message was basically "listen, you adults...you send us to school and you teach us to share and be kind to others and not be greedy and to clean up our own messes, and then you go off into the world and do the exact opposite. you're wrecking the place!" what an amazing dad he is Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
