secondtube
Next weekend, for J Sanislo's stag and doe, we are using a computer and mp3's for our 'dj'. he has arranged all the speakers, boards, etc. my question. is there a program, or software of some sort, that'll take the volume of the mp3, and keep it the same with a bunch of different mp3's?reason is, we just want to cue up a bunch of tracks, but it would be less than ideal if we had to change the volume of each track, as often different tracks (live, studeo, etc) have different volumes. if anyone has any idea's, i'm all ears. thanks in advance, Steve
bouche
I thought that iTunes had a built-in feature like that. Check that out perhaps?
secondtube
we are just using winamp to play the mp3's. i could download itunes, and run them through it if you think it would help.....
StoneMtn
iTunes definitely does it, but I'm quite certain there are a bunch of plugins for WinAmp that could help you too.Try www.winamp.com or www.tucows.com or www.download.com . Check out what kind of plugins are available for free for Winamp. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised; but I'm not certain.
mattm
It's called normalization so if you look that up in google with winamp you'll find instructions/plugin.or, just click here for the Rock Steady plugin (it's what you're looking for, you'll have to pick your version of winamp from the menu on the left) Edited June 18, 2006 by Guest
