Just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to get one and any ways to fast track the process? Thanks

i think it's 2 weeks usually. but you can pay more to get it done in a couple of days?

if you have a good excuse, they'll speed up the process (plus $30 extra). show them proof (ticket, email confirmation) that you need your passport by then.

i just went this morning to replace my lost passport and it'll be ready on Friday afternoon.

go online, print off the application, get the pics, get the guarantor signatures, and wake up 6:30am and go to the Passport building (there's a few to choose from) and that'll guarantee you first in line for the 8am opening. the sooner you take care of this, the better.

Yea it takes two weeks for them to deliver it...

But getting all those garantor's signatures and stuff is a hassle....

you can have same day service if you have the $$.

Yeah, I got mine in two days. You have to pay extra and also pick it up (I know that London, Toronto and Ottawa have places to pick them up, not sure of other cities), not have it sent in the mail. Cost me lots extra but I needed it. Same can be done with a birth certificate.
