I havnt really done any baking of any kind before but I have done some chocolate and some sugar work, which I find alot harder than cooking food but Im about to go do my pastry certificates so what a better way to practise? Im making Chai Truffles for the wife for valentines and also a huge mess for her to clean up when she gets home and Im gone to work I'll post the recipe and let you know how they turn out later as I am just starting to melt chocolate now for the ganash and steeping some Chai. I had an invariable I didnt take into account when I started pulling chocolate out...my 2 yearold daughter.
